I hold an MA degree in Education, and a degree in Administration from Manhattan College. In my spare time, I enjoy golf at Knollwood Country Club, where I am a member and was Ladies Golf Champion in 2002. Other interests include boating and European travel.

MARY LISCIO is a talanted and distinguished real estate agent who has been professionally engaged in the real estate business for nearly two decades. A top producer in the Steckler office, Mary unofficially began her real estate career as a child, learning the trade from her mother, Caroline Mayell, also a successful Realtor. Like her mother, Mary was born and raised in Eastchester where she has been a lfelong resident. Mary has served the community she calls home in a number of capacities. In addition to being a founding member of both the Tuckahoe Beautification Committee and the Parkview Heights Civic Association, Mary served on the Tuckahoe Planning Board and was President of the Immaculate Conception Home School Association. Retired from Pace University in 1998, Mary was part of the administrative staff of the School of Law in White Plains for 14 years where she arranged all of the special functions of the Law School before joining the campus' Office of the President. Mary is married to Michael Liscio, also a native of Eastchester and former Tuckahoe Village Trustee and Deputy Mayor. They have four grown children and eight grandchildren who all reside locally. Mary's strong ties to the community, coupled with her professionalism and demonstrated ability to work with people, are the keys to her success. Mary prides herself on having built her career primarily on referrals, which has enabled her to expand her local speciality to the entire Westchester community. When not selling a house, Mary can usually be found with one of her grandchildren; she also enjoys a casual round of golf, decorating and ceramics. |

Susan Guarino Oliverio has lived in the Eastchester/Scarsdale area for over 20 years. During that time, she and her husband, Bob, raised four children. While the children were in school, Susan was involved in their activities - including Little League, Blue Devils football, dancing, horseback riding, soccer, and the like and as a Girl Scout Leader. They all enjoyed the Lake Isle facilities to the fullest, as well as many other of Westchester's fine activities and events. The children now live in wonderful Westchester communities of their own and Susan and Bob can be found exploring and enjoying these communities through their grandchildren's activities. Additionally, Susan was a member of the Greenvale PTA, participating as the historian, recording secretary and coordinator of the after school activities. She also filled in as the substitute school nurse when need arose and taught CCD at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Later, she was a participating member of the Ursuline School Women's Auxiliary, directing and supporting fundraising functions. For several years, Susan also served the community as a Trustee of the Home Nursing Association of Westchester. Semi-retired from the practice of Law, Susan is enjoying her career as a Real Estate Broker. Sharing her enthusiasm for Westchester County, she acknowledges that knowing and loving Westchester County the way she does adds to the excitement of helping others find their place to live and grow. |
